We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. If you book a holiday with us, you will have given us your name, email address, home address and phone numbers. This information is the only way we can process your order, and be able to notify you of your holiday’s status. We do not receive any of your debit/credit card details as this is done through our payment partner, Stripe.

 

Communication

We will not bombard you with emails that you do not want. If you requested to be added to our mailing list, we will offer you what we hope to be a useful service. If however, you do not want to be contacted further let us know and we will remove you from our mailing list.

Distribution

We do not exchange, sell or otherwise give away your email address or any other details to any other companies without your expressed permission.

Third Parties

We use BnBSelect.com Ltd (trading as bookalet) for the booking calendar and order taking so this company will also see your data. Booklet are based in the UK and therefore, like us, come under the GDPR legalisation that was introduced in 2018. When you give us your personal information you consent to this disclosure and allow us to make our service available to you. We use Mailchimp as a provider of email services in order to keep our customers up to date with website developments and industry news. Security

Security is a major concern of customers who want to purchase online and it is a concern which we take extremely seriously. No credit card or financial information is held or stored on any of our websites or webservers. Your credit card details are transmitted to Stripe, our merchant card provider, using secure encryption technology during the checkout phase of the transaction. Stripe authorises the transaction and debits your account/credit card via your credit card provider. Stripe does not return any credit ratings, scoring or other financial information to us in any form, nor do we receive any details (such as card number, expiry date or security code) of the credit/debit card used for any payments.

Hosting

Forever Norfolk webservers are located in a physically secure building in the UK controlled by one of the UK’s top hosting company. Your name, address and telephone details (if you setup a login account on our website) is also held within this hosting company within its secure area. Your financial details are not stored by us in any form. All stored data is held and processed in a manner that complies with the requirements of the UK Data Protection Bill and the EC General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). No personal details are stored in any form outside of the UK.

Deletion of Data

You may request that we delete all personal data that we hold on you at any time by requesting this in writing – simply write or email and we will do the rest.
